• Email address — for account creation and authentication via magic link
• Usage data — generation counts, feature usage, and session information
• Generated content — images, videos, prompts, and trained character models you create
• Uploaded images — character photos and reference images you provide

We do not collect or store payment card information. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (ATLOS).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Sundrift service
• Process payments and manage your credit balance
• Send essential service updates and account notifications
• Improve our platform and fix technical issues
• Enforce our Terms of Service and content policies

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Content & Privacy

All content you generate on Sundrift is private by default. Your generated images, videos, and trained character models are only accessible to you. You retain full ownership of all content you create. We do not use your content to train our AI models without your explicit consent. We do not share, sell, or publicly display your generated content.

4. Data Retention

• Account data — retained for as long as your account is active
• Generated content — stored for 90 days from creation, then automatically deleted
• Character models — remain available while your account is active
• Account deletion — all associated data permanently removed within 30 days

You may download your content at any time before deletion.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Sundrift:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• ATLOS — cryptocurrency payment processing
• AI model providers — image and video generation

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any form of cross-site tracking. No third-party analytics or advertising scripts are loaded on our platform.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Correct — update inaccurate personal data
• Delete — remove your account and all associated data
• Export — receive your data in a portable format

8. Age Requirement

Sundrift is available to users aged 18 and older. Adult content features require age verification. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of Sundrift after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
