1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sundrift AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

Sundrift AI is an AI-powered photo and video generation platform built for content creators. The Service provides access to multiple AI models for generating images, videos, and custom character models. All content is generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that outputs may vary in quality and accuracy.

3. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service
• Adult content features require age verification
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Permitted Use

You may use Sundrift for:

• Personal creative projects
• Commercial content creation (social media, marketing, portfolios)
• Content creator platforms (OnlyFans, Patreon, Fansly, etc.)
• Adult content — permitted for age-verified users (18+)

You retain full rights to all content you generate, including commercial use rights.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is also prohibited:

• Non-consensual deepfakes — generating sexual or compromising imagery of real people without their explicit consent
• Violence and gore — graphic violence, torture, or content promoting harm
• Illegal activities — content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities
• Harassment — content intended to harass, bully, or intimidate individuals
• Circumvention — attempting to bypass safety filters or content moderation

6. Credits & Payments

• Credits are the currency used for all generations on Sundrift
• Credits that have been used for generations are non-refundable
• Unused credits from purchased packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase
• Free credits included with your plan are non-refundable
• We accept cryptocurrency payments via ATLOS
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change with notice

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all content you generate using Sundrift. You are solely responsible for how you use your generated content and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Our platform: Sundrift AI, including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Sundrift AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination for violations, all remaining credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued. You may also delete your account voluntarily at any time from the Settings page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of generated content, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI model availability may change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sundrift AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
